The new GYN physician will only be expected to do Office GYN and GYN surgery.
GYN surgery will be bothoffice ambulatory GYN surgery and GYN surgery done at their community hospital.
This excellent GYN only opportunity is due to the growth and expansion of their practice and large patient population that they serve.
They have a good volume of both office GYN and GYN surgery.
The office hours are from9:00 a.m.to5:00 p.m.
There is no call.
Laparoscopic surgical skills are a plus.
There is no running around. Their new GYN physician will work at only one office. It is located only ten minutes from their community hospital.
Hospital: This isa community hospital. It has a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It also has a Perinatologist and a Neonatologist on staff.
This top-notch and full service hospital also has DaVinci Robotic surgeryequipment.
Availability: GYN physicians completing their residency and fellowship training in June of 2021, as well as GYN physicians already in practice with prior work experience are all welcome to apply and will all be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary care, urgent visits, and annual wellness exams, ensuring all appropriate screening tests and quality measures are addressed.

Participate in the on-call provider schedule to support the 24/7 patient hotline, requiring after-hours and weekend availability on a rotating and recurring basis.

Monitor and respond to remote patient data collected through monitoring devices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Perform and document accurate and thorough risk assessments for the purpose of accurate documentation of condition(s).
Expertise in managing complex, polychronic patients, with demonstrated ability to assess and treat high-acuity patients.
Familiarity with caring for Medicare and Medicaid populations, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient or home care settings.
Proficiency in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and supporting vulnerable populations is preferred.
