Practice in the Hearth of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
Shifts for the day position is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; the night schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Most of us like to spend time with our families or outdoors, so a flexible schedule is available, and we cover for each other when we're out. We all have a common goal and help each other by switching shifts if someone needs a day off on their scheduled work week.
Key Responsibilities:
As a day clinician, your responsibility will encompass rounding on approximately fourteen patients per shift and discharging when appropriate, while our night clinician will perform three admissions in addition to cross coverage.
The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7. So, procedures or codes are not required.
We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
We use EPIC EMR and have access to our internal informatics platform.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
Visits are conducted in patient homes as well as remotely via telehealth. Travel to patient home is required. Any In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with air conditioning, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
