Our Oncology Group is seeking a Medical Director to lead its growing team of medical oncologists/hematologists and advanced practice providers. This Oncology Group is a member of the largest healthcare provider in East Tennessee. The Cancer network is based out of Metro Knoxville and is the largest provider of cancer care in our region with nine cancer centers covering 26 counties, including the region's only Proton Therapy Center. This position is a critical and high visibility member of the cancer program leadership team and will be expected to directly contribute to strategic direction of the cancer program.
About this Opportunity
The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical oversight of the group and medical oncology program. In collaboration with the cancer program senior leadership team, the Medical Director will lead efforts to increase integration and alignment of medical oncology services across all the group Health facilities. More specific responsibilities include:
Lead recruitment, retention, mentorship, quality, and growth management for TOG physicians and APP
Represent medical oncology services across the system, both inpatient and outpatient, to other physician groups and to executive leadership of facilities and service lines
Be a major contributor to strategic initiatives for medical oncology, TOG, and the full Health cancer program, on a 4-year expansion plan with other visionary leadership.
Act as the public face for The Oncology Group for general marketing, public events, and physician-group relations
Head efforts to integrate, align, and standardize operations
Lead quality and safety program for medical oncology
Ensure physician presence in all medical oncology leadership meetings, clinical decision making
Participate in the development of policies, procedures, continuing education programs, and training of providers and staff
Participate in budget planning and prioritization

Shift: Days. Clinic is open Monday- Friday. Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. The Family NursePractitioner (FNP) is responsible for patient care within his/her scope of practice in the clinical setting.
How you will make an impact:
* Administers ordered therapies according to prescriber order, facility protocols, INS standards and company policy and procedures.
* Completes admission process as directed by Center Director.
* Performs physical assessment on each patient as warranted and for new consults as warranted by the patient diagnosis.
* Refer to the NP on duty for complete physical assessment as needed.
* Documents all pertinent data in the patient's medical record.
* Reports all significant changes or observations to the Center Director and is responsible for the follow up on any problem which is identified.
* Communicates effectively with other members of the IV team on patient status and observations.
* Maintains patient confidentiality at all times by abiding by HIPAA laws and regulations.
* Evaluates the patient's response to therapy and documents this finding in the medical record.
* Educates patients and/or family members regarding therapy plan.
* Participates in the Quality Improvement program.
* Ensures that all medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate and up to date prior to treatment.
* Participates in On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitations.
* Provides clinical coverage for nursepractitioners on PTO/LOA and may also support new market launches.
* May Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
* Requires an MS in Nursing and minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* Experience with IVs required.
* Current, active, and valid unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional with scope of license in applicable state required in applicable state required.
* Requires active, current, and valid Family NursePractitioner Certification.
* Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states.
* Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
* Healthcare experience with IV's strongly preferred.
* 2+ years of experience with IV preferred.
* Port, PICC & Peripheral Line experienced preferred.
* Medication Mixing experience is preferred.
* Titration experience preferred.

Position Overview
Pathways to Wellness is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinical team in Clarksville, TN. This hybrid position includes in-person services at our Clarksville location and virtual telehealth sessions to support clients across Tennessee.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes, comfortable with hybrid service delivery, and skilled in providing trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management
Provide in-person clinical services at the Clarksville practice location
Deliver telehealth appointments using secure virtual platforms
