Formulate and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe medications within the scope of practice. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and health maintenance. Document clinical findings accurately and completely within 72 hours in the electronic health record (EHR).Ensure adherence to infection control, quality assurance, and compliance standards. Supervise and train assigned staff, ensuring performance and licensure compliance. Respond effectively to urgent or emergency medical situations. Maintain current knowledge of emerging clinical trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient operations and continuity of care across all clinic sites.
