The Opportunity:
The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employment type:
Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends
What you'll be working on:
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
Current shifts range from (6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST)
Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Cover Labor & Delivery floor and ED OB/GYN consults
Perform gynecologic emergency surgeries as needed
Manage laboring patients from sign-out through delivery
Participate in daily nursing huddles and coordinated care
Work primarily with an OB/GYN resident; physician functions independently
Nurses may escalate to backup MDs if additional support is required

Average Deliveries: 2-3 per day
Case Mix: Mostly low-risk with some medium- and high-risk patients
Nursery Level: Level II
Gestational Age: Deliveries for patients 32 weeks
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Comfortable with in-house solo coverage and emergency GYN cases
Strong collaborative skills with residents and nursing staff
Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join their team. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient, community-based setting. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care, with a focus on serving diverse and underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including preventive health, acute care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Promote health education, counseling, and preventive services to support wellness and reduce health disparities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, dental, nutrition, nursing, and social services to provide integrated care.
Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health record (EHR).
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and population health management programs.
Provide on-call coverage as assigned (telephone or in-person, depending on organizational needs).
Supervise and support advanced practice providers, residents, or medical students as appropriate.
Uphold organizational standards, compliance requirements, and professional ethics in all patient care activities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Current, unrestricted medical license in NY.
Experience in outpatient primary care or community health preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
