Evaluates the well-being of the patients medical, social, and emotional needs in the behavioral health setting. Develops and reviews and revises a plan of care, including a discharge plan, based upon the assessment of patient's needs. Implements medical and nursing orders per plan of care and documents appropriately. Evaluates patient's response to care and engages in patient and family teaching as appropriate. Oversees staff (LPN, ED Medic, ED tech, CNA, and PSA) assigned for providing patient care. Maintain a safe behavioral health milieu. Collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Manager to assure the integration of the ANA's Scope & Standards of Practice, assuring that these standards are identified as the measurement criteria for nursing practice on the unit. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with providers, interdisciplinary teams and ancillary departments to achieve quality outcomes. Completes Unit specific orientation and ongoing training and competencies as assigned based on department role, scope of services, and organizational standards. Desired Skills: Ability to demonstrates effective leadership and professional/clinical skills according to Standards of Care, to include drug calculations. Ability to assess a patient's condition Ability to utilize critical thinking to formulate plan of care, select appropriate interventions, and evaluate patient's response to plan of care and problem solve as needed. Ability to explain to patient/family the nursing process and how it helps meet the patients' needs and improve patient outcomes. Aesthetics Injector | Experience Preferred Role Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioners to provide concierge aesthetic services within their local communities. Prior hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables is strongly preferred. Candidates without active injecting experience may still be considered; however, completion of Skin Clique's training is required prior to advancing in the interview process or providing patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and skincare consultations Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and skin health Safely perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and dermaplaning Educate patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care Monitor outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Adhere to Skin Clique clinical protocols, safety standards, and sanitation requirements Promote Skin Clique services and products to support patient retention and practice growth Participate in required training, continuing education, and virtual team meetings Collaborate with a nationwide provider community while maintaining autonomy in practice Qualifications Active board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Master's degree from an accredited NP program Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice Prescriptive authority (as applicable by state) Current BLS or ACLS certification Ability to provide in-person concierge aesthetic services within your local community, or access to a physical space to provide in-person aesthetic and wellness services Auto insurance coverage Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to building your Skin Clique practice Preferred: Active or recent hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables Required if not actively experienced: Completion of Skin Clique's training prior to treating patients independently Strong fine motor skills and clinical judgment Professional, patient-centered, and entrepreneurial mindset Training Requirement Notice Skin Clique requires all providers to demonstrate competency in aesthetic treatments prior to treating patients independently. Depending on experience level, this may include completion of Skin Clique's training before advancing in the interview process. Benefits: This is a 1099 contractor position.
