Requirements: What You Will Bring Nursing qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP BC. Licensure requirements: Active Florida APRN license with autonomous practice or a supervising physician agreement and a DEA license or eligibility to obtain one. Clinical experience: Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions, including comfort providing care in nontraditional field environments. Psychiatric expertise: Strong assessment, diagnostic, medication management, and crisis intervention skills. Trauma informed approach: Commitment to person centered, harm reduction oriented, and culturally respectful care. Specialized background: Preferred experience in community psychiatry, street outreach, crisis intervention, residential treatment, or integrated behavioral health settings.
