The standard base salary begins at $120K, with the opportunity to earn up to $80K annually in productivity incentives (*monthly bonuses, based on utilization metrics). Most clinicians reach a total compensation of $155K-$160K once they achieve 55% utilization. Monthly productivity incentives are guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload. All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset. Malpractice & Liability Each clinician maintains individual professional liability (malpractice) coverage under their PC. The MSO does not provide group malpractice coverage and does not deliver clinical care. This is not an offer of employment; it is a contract for management services with an independently owned professional entity. Compensation: $75 - $150 hourly Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient wellness. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions. Utilize evidence-based practices to prescribe and manage medications, supplements, etc, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
