Minimum Education Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Residency training program in anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, or a related field accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Fellowship training in pain management, focusing on advanced pain management techniques and interventional procedures. License & Certifications: Board certification in pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) or the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey.
