Nurse Practitioner (Licensed NP) for Mobile Wound Healing LLC as a member of the medical team that specializes in wound care. Mobile Wound Healing LLC delivers wound care services at patients' residences inclusive of their homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Independent Living Facilities. This role involves providing care for patients by assessing and monitoring wounds and making clinical decisions while creating/maintaining a plan that results in successful wound care management.
