The Wound Medicine Nurse Practitioner, in collaboration and consultation with physicians, staff RN's and other health care professionals, provides comprehensive wound management to patients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Plan, direct and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care
Daily Travel to various facilities. Regions can vary based on scheduling needs.
Examine and treat chronic and acute episodic wound-related illnesses and accidents, minor injuries, and accidents.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) will be employed by a private practice that is contracted to provide neonatology services at the hospital. They will work with a team of other providers from the practice, also collaborating with the hospital staff and medical directors.
The schedule is coordinated collaboratively among all the providers, with the option to bundle shifts if preferred. The role is a full-time position working 7 shifts per month.
The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center with 1,000 licensed beds and an average of 200 deliveries per month.
Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- day-to-day NICU management
