Care communication: Share evaluation findings with the supervising psychiatrist and care teams to support treatment planning.
Collaboration With the Medical Director

Clinical participation: Attend clinical meetings, case staffing discussions, and quality improvement activities.

Cross Program Support

Requirements
What You Will Bring
Nursing qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner PMHNP BC.
Licensure requirements: Active Florida APRN license with autonomous practice or a supervising physician agreement and a DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
Clinical experience: Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions, including comfort providing care in nontraditional field environments.
