Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location North Branch, MN Schedule 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm or 7 pm Minimum Qualifications Practitioner Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences. AND Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance OR Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care."
