Provide expert medical guidance and coordinate with the Medical Director as needed Provide medical care and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses Conduct injury and illness case management, including return-to-work coordination and disability accommodations Perform and manage occupational health screenings such as audiograms, drug screenings, and respirator fit testing Support ergonomic assessments and safety coaching to promote workplace safety Collaborate with the Health & Safety team and provide health education/coaching (e.g., Lunch and Learns) Maintain and manage electronic medical records (EMR) and occupational health data systems Participate in campus wellness events and environmental health and safety meetings Support First Aid/CPR training and AED inspections Serve as a resource for both health improvement and regulatory compliance activities This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. Our ideal candidate will have: Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Board Certification Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice location  Not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or to any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
