Behavioral health therapists are on-site, and support staff is available; however, the PMHNP will handle a substantial portion of their own administrative responsibilities. Qualifications * Graduation from an accredited nursing school and recognized Nurse Practitioner program. * Current Arkansas PMHNP licensure. * DEA license required. * Basic Life Support certification; CPR and ACLS required within 9 months of hire. * Experience in psychiatric or behavioral healthcare appropriate to the role. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic systems. * Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently. * Willingness to travel occasionally; primary location is Malvern.
