Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform routine health screenings, preventive care, immunizations, and patient education. Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic medical record.
