As a Supervising Psychiatrist, you will:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of psychiatrists and psychiatricnursepractitioners.
Provide clinical supervision, assign work, and ensure staff are aligned with hospital goals and practices.
Collaborate with the program executive team and clinical leadership to ensure effective and efficient treatment processes.
Participate in administrative decision-making, program planning, and implementation of hospital goals.
Provide direct psychiatric care, including assessments, consultations on complex cases, and coverage as needed.
Conduct ongoing patient case reviews, with special attention to individuals facing significant treatment or discharge barriers.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, Joint Commission and CMS standards, OSH policies, and professional standards of practice.
Serve as a leader in promoting evidence-based care, collaborative problem solving, and patient-centered treatment approaches

Minimum Qualifications:
You must possess, or have the ability to obtain:
Board certification or board eligibility at the time of appointment.
Physician's license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners at the time of appointment and maintain the licensure throughout employment.
3 years minimum experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting.

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner (PMHNP) to join our team!

Candidates preferably have 2+ years experience assessing and providing medication management services to children or adults with a range of mental health concerns including ADHD, mood, and anxiety disorders.
Organization Background
Our clinic was founded in 2014 and is strongly-focused on differential diagnosis, behavioral interventions, and medication management. Our assessment process is extensive, including a series of 4 visits including collateral information gathering with a third party to ensure goodness of fit for our clinic. Expected case load is 10-14 patients per day with 60-90 minute intakes and 30 minute follow up appointments.
Our approach is team-driven. The PMHNP will be trained to provide CBT interventions for ADHD and is encouraged to grow as a therapist with regular consultation with experienced psychologists if desired.
Please note that this position is designed to serve those physically-based in and around the state of Oregon. Presently our practice utilizes both in office and telehealth appointments. PMHNPs will be expected to work in office at least 2 days per week. Candidates must have an Oregon license and DEA, and be physically located in Oregon to render services.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN), preferred.

Oregon Integrated Health is an Integrated Primary Care Medical Home that is hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner for our Integrated Primary Care Health Clinics in Oregon.
Our clinics see a demographic of Medicaid and Medicare individuals that are in need for our expansion with mental and behavioral health resources.
We utilize telemedicine visits for patients that are at home as well as telehealth visits when patients may not have access to data or smart phones patients come to our facilities and utilize our technology to connect with any of our providers across our 4 locations! Our locations in Portland, Salem, Eugene and Florence are comprised of Family NursePractitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioners, Counselors, Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist.
JOB DETAILS

401K Benefit: OIH matches 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your compensation, plus OIH matches 50% on your deferrals that are greater than 3%, but less than or equal to 5% of your compensation (Eligibility Requirements: 1yr employment, 1000hrs worked, at least 21yrs of age)

State Medical License and DEA 100% reimbursed, completing 90 days of employment
Continuing Education Benefit up to $700 annually, completing 90 days of employment
8 Holidays Per Year:
7 Clinic Closures, 1 Floating Holiday, eligible immediately upon hire
PTO 160 Hours Per Year:
Vacation PTO accrues based on time worked, with a maximum annual accrual of 80 hours per FTE 1.0, available for use after 90 days of employment
Frontloaded PTO is uploaded based on time worked, with a maximum annual eligibility of 80 hours per FTE 1.0, available for use after 90 days of employment
Protected Sick Time accrues 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, max use of 40 per year, available immediately as time accrues after first day of employment

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Mental Health NursePractitioner will assess and provide care in an integrated setting along with other primary care, behavioral and mental health and alternative care providers.
Medically evaluates patients and assesses their medical status.
Diagnoses the mental status of patients of Oregon Integrated Health by mental assessment and physical examination.
Determines, establishes and administers an overall treatment program for patients with a persistent or serious mental illness.
Determines the clinical need for medications, and prescribes medications as part of a treatment program.
Acts as the clinical expert on psychiatry and provides information, consultation and assistance to other health care professionals at Oregon Integrated Health.
Coordinates care with private physicians in the community as needed.
All providers have access to Medical Support staff as well a Community Health Workers for patients with complex medical and behavioral/mental health disorders.
New patient visits are 60 minutes, Return patient visits are 30 minutes and urgent medication management appointments are 15 minutes.
Refer patients to other health professionals in the treatment of diseases requiring further diagnosis and evaluation.
Provides appropriate medical record documentation in an EHR on all patients in accordance with clinic policy.
Works with telemedicine for patients that maybe in Portland and Florence as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
State of Oregon license active
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, and completion of a NursePractitioner program specific to the expanded specialty of Psychiatric/Mental Health NursePractitioner (PMHNP).

Job Title: Neonatology NursePractitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time, Permanent) We are seeking experienced Neonatal NursePractitioners (NNPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our esteemed Neonatology team within our high-volume Level III NICUs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to delivering exceptional, family-centered neonatal care. The role provides the chance to work across two major teaching hospitals-Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and Providence Portland Medical Center-collaborating with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to high-acuity neonatal patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive clinical management for high-risk neonates and infants, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans that prioritize safety, quality, and family engagement.
Exercise autonomous clinical judgment to order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging to inform patient treatment.
Participate actively in deliveries, including attending high-volume delivery rooms, and perform all necessary neonatal procedures.
Support unit operations by contributing to patient assessments, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
Assist in educational activities for families, staff, and medical students as part of teaching hospital responsibilities.
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation within electronic medical records.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited neonatal fellowship or residency program (minimum 12 months) as a Physician Assistant orNursePractitioner.
Valid licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice in Oregon; willingness to acquire Operating Room (OR) privileges is required.
Prior experience in a Level III NICU, with high-volume delivery room exposure preferred.
Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to patient care.
Flexibility to work 12- or 24-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Environment & Shift Information:
Coverage at both Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and Providence Portland Medical Center.
Shifts are typically 12-hour or 24-hour blocks, with arrangements to suit service needs.
Both facilities serve high-volume delivery services: Providence Portland Medical Center averages 4,500 deliveries annually, while Providence St. Vincent Medical Center handles approximately 3,000.
Providers will work primarily at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center but will also support activities at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Team Structure & Support:
Our team includes 13 Neonatal NursePractitioners working within Providence Medical Group.
Neonatal physicians are contracted professionals, collaborating closely with NNPs and PAs.
Providers share responsibilities for in-unit patient care, deliveries, and procedures, with physicians typically conducting daily patient assessments.
Dedicated office spaces are available at each site for after-hours and administrative use.
