Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows and evolving clinical practices within our growing organization Ability to efficiently manage time and caseload within a part-time schedule Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, team-based care model, maintaining focus and quality even with limited weekly hours Dedicated, private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet to ensure HIPAA compliance Cannot have previously been a patient at Boulder Care Schedule Expectations Part-time: Part-time clinicians typically work between 4 and 25 hours per week Each clinician has one recurring weekly anchor shift, usually a weekday evening from 5pm to 9pm Eastern (2pm to 6pm Pacific) All shifts are a minimum of 4 hours Clinicians can pick up voluntary shifts as they become available, depending on business need and availability, including additional weekday evenings or morning and midday hours Part-timers have the option to transfer to full-time roles when positions open and if it aligns with their goals Compensation Part-time: $68 - $80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Hiring Process First Interview: 30-minute phone Panel Interview: 60-minute video Hiring Timeline: We are currently targeting start dates throughout Q2 of 2026 Benefits Part-time employees receive: Sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours paid Licensing, credentialing, malpractice, and waiver renewal coverage Hardware provided Boulder Care believes the people who manage our product and team should be representative of those who use the platform.
