Competitive salary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conducts therapy, medication assessments and crisis response to new and existing clients. Develops individual service plans based upon assessment data and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of on-going medication management services. Appropriately and timely communicates issues to supervising physician. Appropriately communicates problems to Administration. Participates in regularly scheduled provider meetings and committees. Maintains CME/credentialing/licensure in compliance with state and board requirements. Maintains patient confidentiality. Responds appropriately to patient satisfaction concerns. Supervisory Responsibility * None Education and Experience FNP/PMHNP/PA-C, licensed to practice in North Carolina. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Active DEA license Two to three years practicing as a NP/PA preferably in a community health environment.
