Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct psychiatric assessments and mental health evaluations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions under applicable state scope-of-practice regulations. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Provide patient education related to medications, treatment goals, and symptom management. Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers.
