The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $6,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. Salary This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Practitioner Base Salary: $54,549.47 - $63,162.54/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential: $62,731.90 - $72,636.92 The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location North Branch, MN Schedule 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm or 7 pm Minimum Qualifications Practitioner Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences. AND Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance OR Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care."
