Basic computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A healthcare provider must hold a valid and in-good-standing license and/or certification to practice in the State or Country where the facility of employment is located; or be eligible to obtain such a license and have current CPR/AED/BLS certification.
If clinical operations require writing prescriptions for controlled substances, a valid DEA license is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments
