Knowledge of CMS Regulations and NCQA HEDIS Guidelines Document accurate medical records to ensure compliance with OSHA and Government regulations and perform duties in accordance with site quality and safety systems Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Analyze and organize the care of critically complex patients Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license DEA License CPR BCLS/BLS certified Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Preferred experience in cardiology: training provided Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided Must have great organizational and time management skills.
