Follows established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Prepares written prescription orders for medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with regulatory requirements. Participates in the development of patient education materials and identifies relevant community resources to support patient and family needs. Manages and triages patient telephone inquiries, providing appropriate clinical guidance and support. Actively engages in selected committee and quality improvement initiatives as assigned. Maintains strict adherence to scheduled work hours with regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree in Nursing required. Preferred one to three years of nursing experience in a related specialty. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES Current State of Wisconsin Nurse License and Nurse Practitioner Licensure required. Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License required. Preferred BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at time of hire, or within three-months of employment. Equal Opportunity Employer
