The Program Manager will actively participate in staffing's to determine best treatment for recovery. This position reports to the Chief of Regional Operations. Qualifications Job duties, responsibilities, and skills: Complete intake paperwork with each individual and orient them to the program. Assist in clinical decision making regarding both admissions and discharges. Create and document a person-centered crisis recovery plan based on the Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment for each individual. Be an integral part of the treatment team for each individual who consults with all staff on coordinating services and contacting all existing treatment providers. Work with peer providers on developing discharge plans for each individual that link them to post-discharge providers. Facilitate groups on social behavior, peer interactions, stress tolerance, positive coping skills, medication management, substance use and relapse prevention, and symptom reduction. Provide individual crisis intervention services. Assist individuals with developing and staying connected to a positive support system.
