Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain high standards of patient care. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in anesthesia practice. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and licensure in the state of Virginia. Experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply. Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotating holidays as required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
