Key Responsibilities
* Administer anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures, ensuring precise and safe delivery tailored to the unique needs of children.
* Monitor pediatric patients closely before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the surgical process.
* Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.

Qualifications
* Current Virginia license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
* Pediatric anesthesia experience is preferred but not mandatory; training and support will be provided to ensure success in this specialized role.
