Quality, Compliance, & Risk Management - Ensure all medical and psychiatric services are documented accurately and delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations. - Contribute to quality assurance efforts, critical incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across service lines. - Serve as a liaison with external medical providers, hospitals, and regulatory agencies. Education & Consultation - Provide training and consultation to staff on topics such as psychotropic medications, mental health diagnoses, crisis de-escalation, and medical conditions common in IDD populations. - Stay current on emerging best practices and innovations in behavioral health and developmental medicine.
