Optometrist Opportunity $150k Base Salary with expectation to make an additional + $80k Through Offered Bonus Structure
A well established eye care center in Greenville, Texas is looking for a succession plan for a productive optometrist who is retiring. Incoming optometrist will inherit previous providers' patient census with immediate volume and engagement to meet bonus structure goals. Large catchment area extending into neighboring states. Position is outpatient only.
Position Highlights:
Inherit an Established Practice: Take over the patient base from a retiring provider who generates over $880k in revenue annually, working just 3-4 days per week.
Productivity-Based Income: Competitive salary with a lucrative bonus structure designed to reward performance.
Diverse Patient Base: Having pathology and surgical exposure with co-management along with clinical/office management experience would be a plus!
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $150,000 per year base salary.
Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, life insurance, LTD, 401K, and $5,000 for CME. PTO, legal holidays.
Earning Potential: At half the current provider's production, the incoming optometrist can expect to earn $230,000+ annually with the bonus structure as they ramp up
Bonus Structure:
20% for annual productivity of $400,001 - $900,000.
25% for annual productivity above $900,001.
10% of optical gross profit.
