Vascular Surgeon - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)
A dmission, consultation, work-up, preoperative and postoperative care of surgical patients.

What You'll Do:
The Psychiatrist role will direct, coordinate, and provide medical/clinical services to assigned individuals within the facility including but not limited to: Psychiatric evaluations and assessments, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, ordering testing, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, individual education, risk assessment, and discharge planning. Serves as the attending psychiatrist to specified consumers. Completes initial psychiatric assessments, court ordered evaluations as required, crisis interventions, family interventions, focused crisis diagnostic assessments, assessments of capacity for consent to treatment, risk assessments, patient education, progress toward treatment goals, and discharge planning including medical, psychological, social, behavioral, and developmental aspects of the individual's care, treatment, and services.
Documents individual's progress in the clinical record including admission order, progress notes, and discharge orders. Oversees delivery of medication education and consent, according to established policy.
Orders laboratory tests according to standards of clinical practice. Reviews the health assessment completed by nursing staff, obtains a past and current medical history, and conducts a focused physical examination as indicated, according to established guidelines.
Initiates contact with Primary Care Physicians and Emergency Room clinicians according to established guidelines.
Assesses individual's needs and guides the clinical team while managing treatment plan updates, in addition to initiating contact with Outpatient Behavioral Health Provider according to established guidelines. Reviews and utilizes all available documents from the crisis clinical team.
Provides necessary information to clinical team regarding inpatient utilization.
Utilizes appropriate medication based on best practices.
Collaborates with other personnel to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the individual in crisis in addition to working with outside psychiatric providers in crisis and inpatient services. Works with the community to review involuntary petitions, assess involuntary patients, and coordinate with the legal system to follow established guidelines for Court Ordered Evaluation and Treatment.
Participates in medical staff meetings including regional and quarterly meetings; participates in all required CRC/UPC meetings and participates in any meeting as requested by Medical Leadership.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
3 years of post-doctoral experience, to include approved psychiatric residency training programs, in the delivery of mental health treatment of children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Licensed by the State of Arizona, eligible for Board Certification.
Unrestricted DEA license.
Fingerprint clearance may be required.

Job Summary

What You'll Do:
The Psychiatrist role will direct, coordinate, and provide medical/clinical services to assigned individuals within the facility including but not limited to: Psychiatric evaluations and assessments, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, ordering testing, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, individual education, risk assessment, and discharge planning. * Serves as the attending psychiatrist to specified consumers. Completes initial psychiatric assessments, court ordered evaluations as required, crisis interventions, family interventions, focused crisis diagnostic assessments, assessments of capacity for consent to treatment, risk assessments, patient education, progress toward treatment goals, and discharge planning including medical, psychological, social, behavioral, and developmental aspects of the individual's care, treatment, and services.
* Documents individual's progress in the clinical record including admission order, progress notes, and discharge orders. Oversees delivery of medication education and consent, according to established policy.
* Orders laboratory tests according to standards of clinical practice. Reviews the health assessment completed by nursing staff, obtains a past and current medical history, and conducts a focused physical examination as indicated, according to established guidelines.

* Participates in medical staff meetings including regional and quarterly meetings; participates in all required CRC/UPC meetings and participates in any meeting as requested by Medical Leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform initial evaluations, reviewing history, symptoms, and prior treatment

Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions
Offer deep TMS and Ketamine infusion therapy onsite by a highly trained team
Committed and focused on providing support, comfort, and safety to every patient
Engage in research to advance knowledge about mental health conditions and treatments
What You Need:
· Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
· Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location
· Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
· Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
· Knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods and psychopharmacology
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Neuro Hospitalist - Arizona

The Position
We are expanding our inpatient neurology program and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neuro Hospitalist to join our dedicated team. With the addition of a fourth hospitalist, the schedule will move to a true week-on/week-off rotation. This provides excellent work-life balance while offering high earning potential and flexibility throughout the day.
Average 7-12 consults per day (with backup neurologists available to help balance workload)
Minimal night calls; most dictations and follow-ups can be handled remotely
Weekends are lighter, though hospital rounds and consult assignments continue
Flexibility during the day for personal commitments, provided consults are completed or assigned
Compensation
Annual Income: $350,000-$400,000+ (consult volume + call stipends)
Call Stipends: Significant daily stipends paid in addition to consult revenue
First-Year Incentives: Hospitals may cover malpractice, relocation, signing bonus, or offer a guaranteed compensation loan (forgivable with a 3-year commitment), valued at $50,000-$60,000
Additional Income Opportunities: Providers may also choose to perform outpatient clinic work during off-weeks to supplement earnings.

Independent contractor structure with monthly billing support and transparent reporting
Responsible for own malpractice and health insurance (group plan available)

MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Comfortable managing stroke cases and reading EEGs
