Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or regenerative care is strongly preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered and supported through a structured 90-day onboarding and training program to build confidence and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations and follow-up care for shoulder, knee, and related musculoskeletal conditions.
Assist in the operating room for sports and arthroscopic procedures (typically 2x/month or as backup).
Perform or support office-based procedures, including:
- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections (e.g., corticosteroid, HA, PRP)
- Adipose tissue harvest for orthobiologic use
Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to deliver customized, integrative treatment plans.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and regenerative strategies.
Contribute to the growth of our future longevity medicine program, which will integrate evidence-based protocols to optimize musculoskeletal performance and overall vitality.
Qualifications
Physician Assistant (PA) in Oregon (or eligible to obtain).
Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or regenerative care is strongly preferred.
New graduates encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong interest, clinical aptitude, and a growth mindset.
Willingness to train in diagnostic ultrasound and regenerative procedures if not already proficient.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a primarily outpatient practice. Weekend office call is shared and occurs approximately once every 4?6 weeks. This includes patient phone calls and the occasional hospital rounding, though these are rare.
