The Medical Director/Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will oversee clinical care at the Center for Healthy Families, ensuring the highest standards of psychiatric and behavioral health services for children, youth, and families. This part-time role combines direct patient care, clinical supervision, and program oversight. Responsibilities + Provide direct psychiatric care and evaluation for children, youth, and families in an outpatient setting. + Supervise and support clinical team members in assessment and treatment planning. + Review and sign off on treatment plans, intakes, and clinical documentation. + Lead and participate in monthly staff meetings, serving as Medical Director for regulatory and accreditation purposes. + Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Guide and mentor clinical staff in best practices for psychiatric care. + Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and peer review activities. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in child and adolescent psychiatry. + Other duties as assigned to support program quality and patient care.
