The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and clinical supervision for psychiatric services.
Conduct clinical diagnostic evaluations, treatment team consultations, and medical prescription management.

Requirements:

Experience in residential DJJ programs, offender treatment programs, group work modalities, child welfare, and substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
Skills: Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of staff and residents in a participatory management environment.
Physical Demands: Ability to periodically work extended hours and respond to mental health crises as needed. Must be able to assist staff in restraining youth using approved behavior management techniques. PAR certification preferred. Must be free of communicable diseases as required by the state.
