Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (will look at varying shift lengths)
Required Cases: General, Orthopedics, Endo. No hearts.
EMR: Epic
Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care Team-1:4 Medical Direction
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days
License required or willing to license: Board Certification, Basic Life Support
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Kentucky license required
