Collaborate with the Director of Didactic Education (DDE) and the Program Director in the overall delivery and refinement of the Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) program curriculum. About the Department The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Minnesota was created more than 45 years ago in response to a legislative mandate to train primary care physicians. Salary at the University of Minnesota is dependent upon academic effort of the person hired, and begins at $52,000. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through University of Minnesota Physicians. Total salary will be in the range of $210,000 - $230,000. Total salary will be dependent on taking medicine and/or OB call, years of experience, and rank. Total salary is competitive with market and based on AAMC salary benchmarks.
