Provide patient cares according to client's care plan and needs. Teach the client and/or family members about cares and support skills. Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team. Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Qualifications: Possess a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Minnesota. Trained in skills necessary to provide nursing care to a wide variety of medical conditions. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
