Responsibilities

Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goals
Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-are techniques for injury prevention
Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program
Unrestricted California Chiropractic License (Required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Outpatient or previous healthcare setting experience is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

This friendly community practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care, evaluating and treating patients for diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disorders, bone loss. * 1:5 call, occasional in-person hospital call when needed
* Full-time position; 4.5 days with admin time
