Requirements● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re -Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted Kansas license. ● Minimum one year of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB and US guided regional blocks. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Must be proficient in OB and US guided regional blocks (adductor canal/femoral, popliteal, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, TAP blocks, very occasional PECS blocks).
