Maintains accurate and current documentation of all contacts with patient and significant others in the patient's clinical record; works collaboratively with the Rehabilitation Department to design and implement a behavior modification program in the Children unit incorporating the Recovery Model principles; provides individual, group and family psychotherapy as needed; provides crisis intervention for emergency situations; coordinates all psychometric activities for the multidisciplinary treatment team; Coordinates and schedules treatment services with other program components when appropriate.
