Summary Statement This role offers the opportunity to lead a new program within the Children's Department. The Psychologist Supervisor oversees clinical services for the Diagnostic Program and supervises the Crisis Program's Clinical Supervisor. Together, they serve up to 16 youth ages 7-17 needing assessment and stabilization. The supervisor provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and trauma-informed leadership; ensures documentation standards; leads meetings; assists with discharge planning; and collaborates with nursing, psychiatry, education, and other divisional and departmental teams.
