    This position is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the Psychological Services Unit at the assigned institution. This oversight is accomplished in accordance with the administrative priorities set by the Warden/Deputy Warden and the clinical priorities set by the Mental Health and Psychology Directors. The Psychologist Supervisor is responsible for the development, administration, supervision and coordination of all psychological services programs within the facility. This position also provides direct services to persons in our care and provides consultation to institution administration and staff. This position supervises the Psychological Services Unit staff, develops staff development programs, and provides direct training to staff. This position administers the psychological services program to provide support services and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and program standards, as well as managing an Affirmative Action Plan and Health and Safety program within the work unit. Salary Information This position is in pay schedule and range 81-02 with a starting pay of $56.82 Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A two-year Career Executive trial period will be required. Additional Pay: Employees in possession of a Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent) may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $6.00 per hour. Employees in possession of a permanent License to practice Psychology may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $5.00 per hour.
