Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy. Qualifications Education: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program. Licensure: Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required). Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments. Skills: Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
