Mentoring peers throughout their careers in the Mental Health Industry, completing required documentation in a timely and professional manner, and practicing accountability in your actions, both professionally and ethically, are also important aspects of this role. Minimum education and licensing requirements include being licensed to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of Idaho, with provisional license holders also being considered. LCSW, LMFT, and LCPC are preferred. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, active listening, adaptability, respect for teammates, and the ability to set and hold personal/professional boundaries are among the minimum required skills. Critical thinking through complex problems and providing possible solutions is also essential. This is a full-time position, with a requirement of 30+ billable clients per week.
