Participate on eligibility and re-evaluation teams in each school in order to help the team make determinations regarding the need for special education services for students. 5. Assist school personnel in providing assistance during crises and ensure availability to counsel students referred to them by counselors, teachers, and administrators. 6. Conduct and attend in-service training and presentations to teachers, parents, and school faculties. 7. Develop written documents of various comprehensive assessments for supplemental files. 8. Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts for all departmental processes. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. This position primarily focuses on providing clinical care, as well as clinical case management and supervision of post-doctoral students, interns, and staff providing a range of interventions, in intensive day treatment and outpatient programs. Children seen in the program receive 1:1 intervention delivered by Feeding Techs and Specialists in a clinic setting. Recently, the program has expanded beyond the Atlanta location to establish locations at the Center for Advanced Pediatrics and Children's at Forsyth. We are seeking individuals who are interested in joining a dedicated team of professionals seeking to provide the highest quality care to children with ARFID. The clinician will be responsible for maintaining their own case load in the program. The clinician will join a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes professionals from Nutrition, Speech Language Pathology, Medicine, Occupational Therapy and Care Coordination. The position will also involve supervision of trainees at the Master's, predoctoral, and postdoctoral level. There will also be opportunities for independent and/or collaborative research by joining or initiating research projects on a range of feeding-related topics.
