We are seeking a Health Psychologist to:
Deliver health and behavior interventions to patients receiving inpatient medical care at University Hospital as part of a consultation-liaison service.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based best practice in health psychology, focusing on adjustment to hospitalization, coping with new medical diagnoses, living with chronic illness, non-pharmacological pain management, grief, and related issues. Consultation is provided to patients on services across the hospital including Hematology/Oncology, Trauma Surgery, Cardiothoracic units, Neurosurgery, Neurology, transplant services, and Vascular Surgery, among others.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and medical rounds.
Potentially participate in supervision of Health Psychology trainees and contribute to program development.

Qualifications
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field Required
Work Experience
1 year of post-doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health in a medical setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice Required

We are looking for a part-time, Neuropsychologist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Director of Neuropsychology.
What you'll do:
Work with youth, ranging from young children to young adults, and their families by providing neuropsychological evaluations
Interpret a wide variety of psychological / neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional administration of tests
Serve as a subject matter expert on the use and interpretation of neuropsychological tests
Supervise and oversee the work of the patient's assigned psychometrist
Collaborate with the patient's care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) on their care plan
Have proven results in working with others
Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously
Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results
Who you are:
Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited doctoral program
One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
An equivalent combination of experience, supervision or, training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Experience in conducting testing virtually
Have a passion for helping improve the lives of youth and their families
Familiarity with online web-based applications
Experience working in virtual office situation
Solid reading and writing skills in English
Possess effective therapeutic communication skills
Pay
$370 for each successfully Completed Neuropsychological Evaluation Report.
Completed is defined as a final report sent out and completed feedback session.
