The selected candidate will evaluate and address the psychological, social, behavioral, cognitive, and ethical dimensions of cancer. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and multidisciplinary support to patients and caregivers throughout all phases of the disease, while considering factors that impact disease progression. The Psycho-Oncologist is expected to serve as an integral member of the Division, contributing to clinical, research, and educational initiatives offered by Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center at our Phoenix metropolitan campuses. Qualifications: Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in clinical psychology from an accredited institution, with licensure as a clinical psychologist. Required experience in psycho-oncology. Preferred: Post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology or psycho-oncology. Active Arizona psychology license. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
