The Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections (CAYAC) program is currently seeking a Psychologist to join our team. The CAYAC Team is a unique model of community mental health which aims to support families through the process of screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders and/or substance use disorders in children, adolescents and young adults (up to age 18 / K-12).
The Psychologist participates in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver psychological services, including assessments, diagnostic consultations, brief therapy and psychological testing. The Psychologist also provides consultation and training to Connections and CAYAC staff, community partners, primary care physicians, and others as needed and appropriate.
Pay Range and Status
$90,000 - $108,000 per year, dependent on qualifications (DOQ)

Qualifications
Doctorate Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D or Ed.D.) in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, or School Psychology.
Licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado.
A minimum of two years of experience including conducting psychological assessments, administering diagnostic tests to children, adolescents and young adults and interpreting results to patients, families, and treatment team members (can include practice and internships).
Key Responsibilities
The Psychologist will:
Provide psychological assessment and diagnosis services appropriate to the age-specific needs of patients in accordance with the principles of growth and development for infant, child, adolescent, and young adult life cycles.
Consult and participate in collaborative care with treatment teams and family members to improve patient outcomes.

We are hiring a Clinical Psychologist to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Westminster, CO.
Employment Status: Part Time
Compensation: This is a hourly position, paid bi-weekly
Schedule: Part Time, Tuesday & Friday F2F exams, (Female only required for job role).

Female only required for this job role. "When a patient is seen by a Clinical Psychologist the Westminster, CO facility provides the patient with the option for either a male Clinical Psychologist or female Clinical Psychologist according to what will make the patient most comfortable during a sensitive examination. The Westminster, CO facility therefore must provide patients with access to both male and female Clinical Psychologist to facilitate patient choice. This posting is specifically for a Female Clinical Psychologist, which will allow the Westminster, CO facility to fulfill its male Clinical Psychologist staffing needs.
Must be a psychologist or psychiatrist licensed in at least one state in the United States.
Psychiatrists or Neurologists must be board certified or must have completed a 2-year residency with either specialty.
Psychologists must obtain a PhD or PsyD with a Major in Psychology; Specialty studies must focus on the adult population such as Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (or a combination of these). Child-focused psychology programs are not acceptable.
Psychologists must have graduated from a doctorate or post-doctorate APA-accredited program Certification: Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Demonstrates compassion and professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent service and care.
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and using EMR and platforms.
Skilled in professional communication, critical thinking, and informed-care decision-making.
Works independently and can manage time in order to provide a quality service while meeting set deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in clinical settings
Prior VA or C&P experience
Job Summary:
Review pertinent mental health history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment behavioral health compensation and pensions exams for Veterans.
The Clinical Psychologist will capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form(s); all documentation will be completed electronically. Completed exams are sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.
Common reasons for assessment are PTSD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.
