Education-Assumes personal responsibility for continuing education and professional development. Provides education to staff, system employees and community including at least one presentation annually. Acts as psychology consultant to Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, leading a regularly scheduled class on behavioral and cognitive coping skills as well as recommending individual treatment as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited program with a Ph.D. or Psy. D. in Psychology. Must have a Connecticut License. Requires a good working knowledge of the principles and techniques of psychology rehabilitation. Must be skilled in neuro-psychological testing and interpretation as well as various counseling techniques. Patient Population Served: Adolescent to geriatric.
