ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR PSYCHOLOGIST:
Provide psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations, including clinical interview, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.
Provide feedback to clients, families, and treatment team members.
Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.
Attend clinical consultation with one of PSG's licensed psychologists.
Attend all needed staffing meetings and make appropriate recommendations as requested.
Attend court hearings and present evaluation results, as requested.
Advocate for any additional services as needed.
Complete proper documentation on a timely basis as per program standards, which includes completion of psychological evaluation reports within 4-6 weeks after the final testing session.
HOURS AND LOCATION: Hours are flexible within typical business hours Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Full-time status 40 hours per week and part-time status is 15-25 hours per week.
Our psychologists' will be responsible for providing psychological evaluations to consumers within our outpatient setting with multiple locations available across Southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee Jefferson, Rock, Walworth, and Kenosha counties).

SALARY:
Full-time: Annual Salary $105,000-$115,000

Salary Information

Additional Pay:

PhD or PsyD degree in licensed psychologist eligible field
Minimum of two (2) years' experience, licensed psychologist able to practice in state the residential facility is located and in good standing with the respective licensing board.
American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required.
Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required.
Excellent communication skills, customer focus, proficiency, leadership ability, and professional integrity.
Compliance with RCC and CBRF employee requirements
Electronic medical record software experience.

This position is responsible for the overall administration of the Psychological Services Unit. The Psychologist Supervisor is responsible for the development, administration, supervision and coordination of all psychological services programs within the facility. They supervise the Psychological Services Unit staff; provides direct services to persons in our care; provides consultation to institution administration and staff; and provides training for staff development. Salary Information
This position is in pay schedule/range 81-02 with a starting salary between $48.87 and $56.82 per hour. Pay on appointment may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the State Compensation Plan, Wisconsin Administrative Code, and statutes. A two-year Career Executive trial period is required.
Additional Pay:
Employees in possession of a Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent) may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $6.00 per hour.
Employees in possession of a permanent License to practice Psychology may be eligible for supplemental pay of an additional $5.00 per hour.
