Diagnose neurodevelopmental disorders and differentiate among developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other related conditions.

Provide psychological therapy/intervention or supervision of interventions including but not limited to parent/caregiver coaching, behavior management, social skills training, support for emotional and regulatory difficulties.

Summary/Objective
The Licensed Psychotherapist will work as a dedicated full-time employee and part of a multidisciplinary team to provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and skill-based psychotherapy and education to individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), and caregiver support to the people supporting patients with SMI, dementia, and other disorders.
Essential Functions
Direct Patient Care (87%)
* Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness; facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care
* Provide audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues or if the patient is unable to access video technology.
