Psyop company history timeline

2000

Psyop was founded in 2000 by Marco Spier, Marie Hyon, Todd Mueller, Kylie Matulick and Eben Mears in New York City.

2003

At 2100 hours on 10 April 2003, TPT 983 supported 2-69th Armor in a mission to destroy a large weapons cache located in the Al Kazimiyah area of Baghdad.

Charlie Company supported the 3rd Infantry Division and provided a detachment to the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF). The 315th PSYOP Company replaced C Company and assumed responsibility for Baghdad in June 2003.

2013

In 2013, Psyop opened Psyop Games, a video game publishing division run by Muse Games co-founder Brian Kehrer.

2018

FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- On January 23, 2018, the United States Army reached a historic milestone: one hundred years of dedicated psychological operations support to military and national security objectives.
