Only good thing is if your work in the RCM Private side it’s remote.
Management is horrible. High turnover rate. Toxic environment. Stressful. If you are not in “their circle” of who they like you get nothing

It’s horrible. They lie.

It’s basically a PT Mill…. Company motto is literally “say yes to patients” meaning say yes to more patients. They habitually triple and quadruple book and patients are routinely shuffled amongst therapists. Less than ethical billing practice with significant misuse of the group code for Medicare B patients. You will be lied to about caseload expectations and if you don’t make friends with the “right” people you will be pushed out
